Audience Studio Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026. This policy explains how Dr. Dion Audience Studio, operated by Paradise Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church, handles information when authorized church administrators connect Google or YouTube accounts and use ministry media tools.

Information We Access and Why
With authorization, we may access the YouTube channel identifier and name, video titles and metadata, channel analytics such as views, watch time, and subscriber activity, and OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection or publish authorized content. We use this information to show analytics, identify useful ministry messages, create captions and clips, schedule content, and publish only content authorized by the account owner.

Use, Sharing, Storage, and Security
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it for independent marketing. Data may be processed only by service providers needed to operate the app, such as Google/YouTube, website hosting, and OpenAI when used for transcription, caption, or devotional generation. Credentials and tokens are stored with reasonable safeguards and least-privilege access. Data is retained only while needed to provide the service or while the account remains connected.

Your Choices, Deletion, and Google Limited Use
You may disconnect YouTube in Audience Studio, revoke access through your Google Account permissions, or request deletion through the church website contact page. We will remove retained account data when no longer needed, subject to legal and security requirements. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. This service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the effective date here.
