Audience Studio Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026. These terms govern use of Dr. Dion Audience Studio, operated by Paradise Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church. By connecting an account or using the service, an authorized church administrator agrees to these terms.
Authorized Use and Content Rights
The service is intended for authorized church and ministry administrators. You must have permission to connect each social-media account and must own or have the necessary rights to every sermon, video, image, recording, caption, Scripture-based message, and announcement you upload or publish. You are responsible for content accuracy, account security, platform compliance, and all final publishing decisions.
Platform Services and Growth Results
Audience Studio may use Google, YouTube, OpenAI, hosting, and other platform services to provide analytics, transcription, captioning, content preparation, scheduling, and authorized publishing. Features may change or become unavailable when a third-party platform changes its API or policies. Analytics and recommendations are provided to support ministry outreach; we do not promise or guarantee views, followers, subscribers, engagement, revenue, or other growth results.
Acceptable Use, Suspension, and Disclaimers
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, misrepresent ministry content, interfere with security, or connect an account without permission. Access may be limited or suspended for misuse or to protect the service. The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The church and its providers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform outages, or actions taken by third-party services. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent through the church website contact page.
